Abbas Murtaza
Maker and founder
I build products end to end: electronics, firmware, mechanical design, and the software that runs them. Veritas Prism is where I do it for myself.

Now building
01
Helix Slicer
Non-linear 3D printing software that writes G-code directly from parametric shapes. In private testing.
Earlier builds
01
Fixed-wing UAV
Built from scratch. I designed the airframe in Fusion 360 and did the system design, from propulsion to the electronics. Developed under the Center for Intelligent Product Development (CIPD), IIIT Delhi, and the I-Hub Foundation for Cobotics (IHFC).
02
GUI-based digital IC tester
Raspberry Pi hardware and a GUI that makes IC testing easy: it checks each functional block of a digital chip and shows its pin diagram. Built for college electronics labs, and published as a peer-reviewed paper.

03
Campus miniature
My four years at IIIT Delhi, as a desk-sized model. The campus modelled in CAD and 3D printed in multiple colours, with scaled buildings, roads and green spaces.

- 2022–26
04
Freelance CAD design
Product and surface modelling for clients, from aircraft models to consumer products.
05
Instructor, Electronics Design Carnival 2026
I ran a two-week, hands-on program at EDC 2026: microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, displays, Edge AI and CAD in Fusion 360. By the end, 20 groups had working hardware.

Work with me
Alongside Veritas Prism, I take on a small number of hardware projects: ESP32 devices, custom PCBs, enclosures designed and printed in-house, and the cloud side if you need it. Fixed scope, fixed price.
